Barron's for Math?

i've been taking the practice tests from Barron's and they seem way too hard. Is this difficulty level going to help me on the real test, or am i learning things that probably won't even be tested?

Yes, Barron’s practice tests are notoriously hard, but taking them may make the real thing seem a lot easier (so, to answer your question, you probably are learning things that won’t be tested). If you haven’t already gotten it, the Real ACT is the best book for preparation as it contains previously administered ACT tests.

Yeah, try getting the Real ACT Guide or even Princeton Review. You’ll see that Barron’s has concepts never tested on the real ACT.

I think that I’ll just learn the concepts from barrons and then use those and not take the practice tests from them, because I feel like theyre formatted to fit whatever is taught in the book
