BARRON's Math II, UGH!

Okay, so the only book I have at home is Barrons MATH II, which sucks. Well it doesn't suck, but everyone is saying its not a realistic measure. I keep frustrating myself, because I'm aiming for an 800, and like I am barely getting a 700 on the practice tests.

Are there any online free sample tests or practice questions that are more accurate? Unfortunately I don't have any other books, and I already did the CollegeBoard Website questions.

Thankss.

yeah i know right lol...only i BARELY get low 600s and i just took this Amazon.com: The Official Study Guide for All SAT Subject Tests (Real Sats): The College Board: Books im not sure if it's accurate or not tho

go to sparknotes.com and make a free account. as part of the account you get one free practice test. to take all the tests sparknotes offers, make 5 accounts in total (email confirmation is not required so you can make them up), and take all the tests.

okay thanks so much--both of you.

also, does anyone know about timing. like in barrons i'm not even able to finish, are the questions generally easier so its possible to finish on the actual one? i'm getting nervous about time.

wait do you have to pay for the tests on spark notes?

^ no sign up for new account each time lol ive done that for so many tests on there :P

o okay, thanks =]

Barron's (at least the book I have, which says "7th Ed") is pretty hard compared to the actual tests. Many of the problems assume heavy use of calculator programs that Barron's expects you to have. So, if you're getting a 700 on Barron's you're well-positioned to try for the 800.

You can use disposable email addresses from bugmenot.com to create as many sparknotes accounts as you want. The addresses expire automatically in 24 hours or so. This way, you can get as many tests as you'd like...

The site is: Instant, disposable email addresses compliments of Bugmenot.com

^thats a great idea but i dont think you need an email address that even exists since sparknotes does not ask for email confirmation to form an account.

^ yep but thats a really useful website thx!!!
