Barron's SAT I math

Barron's makes me a little nervous. Is it harder than the actual math problems on the real SAT? I heard that most people get much higher scores on the real SAT math sections than they do on the Barron's practice tests.

it's definitely harder,i got a 590 on barron's but a 700 on the practice test from the Blue book

which barron book are you talking about

barron's how to prepare for the SAT .that orange book~~~~

Yup, the orange one.

how is that book? comprehensive compared to PR cracking?

it seems like a big book. how are the other sections?

barron's how to prepare the sat is hard compare to the PR cracking, especially the Critical reading,so that i suggest that u should go for barron after u finish the "easier" book, like PR.and i think in general PR cracking 's strategy is better, but not for math,i think the math section from barron is more comprehensive.

yea, the barron's one is really difficult...i missed 2 on the actual SAT math section when i took it and i made 800s on my other practice tests, dont be discouraged if you dont do well with barron's...i think its a bit too hard, but if you're looking for a challenge i guess...

How well did you do on the Barron's practice tests, and how harder would you say the questions are compared to the actual SAT?

I have Barron's Math Workbook for the New SAT, is this the same book that you guys are talking about?

I used Barron's and got an 800 on my PSAT Math. Indeed, the Barron's workbooks are extremely hard. I would miss like 4 or 5 on the practice questions.
