Barron's SAT Math IIC to Actual Test Scores?

Hey guys, I just wanted to know your scores on the Barron's Math IIC practice tests and actual SAT Math IIC test.

I've heard that the Barron's book has a lot harder tests than the ETS's, and that's why I bought it. I just took the diagnostic test and got a 680. That test was tricky!

And is the " 800 - 10 (44 - RS) = SS " really accurate? That's what I used to score my Barrons test.

Bump10char

This has been discussed many times on this forum. There are reports from many who claim to have received an 800 on the real test even after uniformly receiving Barron’s scores that were sub-700.

Is this the correct Formula?

" 800 - 10 (44 - RS) = SS "

many thanks. a

I always did horrible on the Barron’s practice tests – in the 650 range, but I got an 800 on the actual test.

^awesome. This really gives me hope, because I’m doing Math II this saturday and haven’t had much time to study. Thank y’all :)

I’m taking Math this Saturday too. But my average score on Barron’s is only about 640 (in exactly 60mins) What can I do now??? Please help :((

My Barron’s practice scores were all over the place, from sub-650 to 740. I ended up scoring a 790. Just…do your best? Maybe try going to Border’s and using Collegeboard’s book to get a more accurate prediction?

My scores on Barron’s ranged from 660-740 ^similar to yours! Now I have HOPE LOL

Yea mine ranged from low 600s to a one off 760, you should be fine. Ended up with 800 eventually

Thank you. I took Math II today! D: I don’t know how I did… but I guess I’ll find out soon enough. Hoping for something in the 700s, hopefully 750+
