I got a 22 on a Barron's test, but on the practice ACT booklet i got a 30...is the Barron's just harder, or is the ACT booklet easier compared to the real test?

i am in the same boat. I got like 25 on barrons but a 32 on the practice ACT.

I believe people on CC agree that Barrons is harder than the real thing.

Yeah, I got like a 30 on the reading portion for Barrons when on the real test I got a 35.

Is it even worth doing the Barrons practice tests? Do they actually help at all?

That practice test is way dumbed down. I got a 35 on it and only a 29 on my first time for the real thing.
