Barrons vs. Princeton Review

Hey Guys!!

I plan on taking the SAT very soon. I have two books, the 2013 Princeton Review SAT prep book, and The Barron's 2012 SAT Prep Book. I heard that the Barrons book is actually harder than the SAT, so is it worth using? Thanks A lot!

return them both and get the collegeboard one lol

Princeton Review feels like they think I’m a little kid who has no common sense.

Big test prep companies won’t give you much help. Make sure you have the blue book, and go ahead and purchase the Black Book by Mike Barrett.

Good to have both!
Remind yourself to get the Official SAT Guide (aka: Blue Book).
It’s the most important one for practice tests.
You can read the PR review and Barrons as guides for the Math or the Writing sections.
Focus and do your best!
Good Luck.

Depends on how you might use the books.

The techniques and strategies, although not amazing, will not hurt you. On the other hand, since I consider wasting time an “injury” you really should ignore the proposed tests. The books are the opposite of the Blue Book: you can safely ignore the strategies proposed by The College Board and use the tests.
