Barron's

I have PR review for AP Calculus AB and BC. I finished about 45 pages of the book in under a week, probably a months work in the classroom. Nevertheless, I always seem to have one or two questions I’m unable figure out, since the book only shows the question and answers for the practice questions at the end of each chapter. I have also received a brand new book called Calculus of A Single Variable 8th edi. The textbook pretty much demonstrates the processes of solving the easy problems that was already demonstrated in the PR prep. book. Thus, I have two questions:

Should I use a different textbook? Recommendations?

My AP Calc. teacher suggested that I should buy Barrons, good idea?

To clarify my situation, I’m self studying AP Calc., because it the class was unable to fit in my schedule and I would gladly accept any advice.

Barron's almost made me cry from the practice tests, and I got a 5. It's definitely good for the practice.

I use Barron's too.
The questions are great preparation for the actual exam.

Thank you. Is Barron's a adequate prep. book for AP Physics as well, though I have PR?
