<p>Hi, I'm planning to commute to campus next semester, does anyone know which bus to take in order to get from either BART to campus and reverse?
It's cheaper to get off at the Ashby station so I guess that would be optimal</p>

<p>From Ashby, you really only have one choice in terms of a direct bus to campus – that would be the F, heading north.</p>
<p>Otherwise, you have the 18 and 15, which gets you to Downtown Berkeley BART, with Adeline Ave + Shattuck Ave and Martin Luther King Jr. Way respectively. They are on opposing sides of Ashby BART.</p>
<p>Personally, I’d move closer to campus if at all possible. Having to pay more for Berkeley instead of Ashby implies that you live at Lake Merrit or further south, or in Contra Costa county. This 10mi commute is going to make money the least of your troubles.</p>
<p>You can try Google Maps too. Just select public transit instead of driving.</p>
