Macaulay is a reach at the moment since your M+CR is 1230 and their average accepted M+CR hovers around 1400. Your GPA is perfect though, and if you can crank out excellent essays and get your SAT up a little higher, I think you’ll have a great shot.

If you can get sat to 2050 you are fine

Thank you guys so much!

Bump any more opinions

Hello,
Be advised that the writing section of the SAT is not considered, nor are any SAT II subject tests. The average CR+M for this year’s Macaulay at Baruch was between 1380-1400. With your extra-curriculars and community service, as long as you write well and get your CR+M up over 1300, you should be a competitive candidate. Remember you only fill out the Macaulay application when applying; that one app gets you considered for Macaulay admission as well as general freshman admission and the Baruch Scholars program. Baruch will be having an open house on Sat. Oct 19th and we encourage you to attend. You may register for that or any other campus visit opportunity at [Visit Baruch - Baruch College Undergraduate Admissions](http://www.baruch.edu/undergrad/visit.html).
Best wishes,
David
