What state are you from?

i’m not a resident of either state and i don’t have to worry about tuition.

If that is the case, don’t worry about Baruch. They have a HUGE alumni base and are VERY well known in accounting in particular. Unless you want to practice in New Jersey, go to Baruch.

Thanks taxguy!
i see that you graduated from Baruch?
i also graduated from Baruch but i had problem with people not knowing Baruch.
and everyone knows Rutgers =(

id say baruch is better

Trust me on this: For accounting, Baruch is VERY well known

Baruch! Plus, Baruch is in the city. More opportunities.

Just this past spring, I interviewed some Big 4 Partners & senior managers from the West Coast (because the office in NYC were taking too long to respond) for a paper I was writing. When I mentioned I was an Accounting major at Baruch College they immediately recognized Baruch. Baruch is more well-known than you think.
