Basic info on sending your score and fee waivers please?

Hello,
here is my situation.
I'm a senior.I have not applied to any colleges yet. Im taking the act for the first tomorrow using a fee waiver.
Should i wait to see my scores first and then send them? Application deadlines are Nov 1
Does sending scores cost money ? Does fee waivers cover 4 free college application or 4 free test scores and how to use them
Im sorry for my lack of knowledge i tried looking at other discussions but their situation differ from mine. I started high school in the US as a senior and lots of things are new to me and i have been very busy catching up.I would appreciate if you answer my questions. Thanks.

1) Select the four colleges you wish to send the scores to now, or shortly after your test. You get four free test scores sent ONLY if you send it within the deadline. You will not be able to see your score before it is sent in this case. If you wait til you get your score, you lose time and it will cost to send each score
2) The fee waiver covers sending scores to four colleges only if you do it within the deadline.
3) The ACT fee waiver and college app fee waiver are two different things. If you qualify for one, you’ll probably qualify for the other. You have to check with each college on how to waive the fee. Colleges on Common App require your counselor to approve your fee waiver.
4) The application deadlines on November 1 are either early action or early decision. You can still apply regular decision, with a later deadline, and get your score up if necessary.
5) Talk to your counselor for help. That’s what he/she’s there for.
