I was wondering how many questions are on each ACT section.(math eng reading sci) and how they split up each "sub section"

Also, i kno a perfect score for each section is a 36, but how many questions wrong will take off 1 overall point (36->35->34->33->32->31->30) from each section?

thanks for any imput.

the ACT web site has a sample test that will answer all your questions. http://www.actstudent.org/pdf/preparing.pdf

But quick answer - No. of questions English 75 Math 60 Reading 40 Science 40

Curve varies on every test and on each subject. For instance the Science on that sample test - 4 wrong in English would be a 34 in Math a 34 in Reading a 34 but on science it would be a 29. 10 wrong would be English 29 Math 30 Reading 28 Science 25

Oh I just reread your question - go to page 63 on the link for more - but like I said each test is different curve wise
