<p>Is it OK to submit all of my Common Application electronically EXCEPT my teacher recommendation forms or is it better to mail everything if all my recommendations are already in paper form?</p>

<p>Also, I'm unclear as to when I should be making application payments to colleges; before I submit the app or after? Do I send my score report before or after I make the payment?</p>

<p>and you cant pay the if you havent submitted the common app</p>
