google the Harvard basketball roster and answer your own question … and if you’re a player the height of other players is not relevant … a 5’3" player had a 10+ year career in the NBA; that does not mean that any 5’3" guy can play in the NBA but it does mean the NBA will take players who can play whatever their physical attributes are (and Harvard would be the same)

Thank you. I am 15 years old, 183cm ( Last Measure: 7 months ) and im afraid they dont like me :(

Play well, but more importantly be a leader ( try to make team captain, president of a club, start an organzation or club you can be passionate about) score hi in the SATS ( 1500 in math and reasoning) do extremely well in school ( top 1-5 in your class), take the hardest courses your school has to offer and ace them all, do some service to society, study the arts…

Be extraordinary…

and they will like you…

Knowing that Brazil has a solid basketball tradition, I would advise you go to the forum for Athletic recruits

If you truly can play at the collegiate level in the USA, it will be a great help to you in terms of admissions. Of course, you’ll have to be a top player where you are currently at. However, the issue for you will be to get noticed by coaches at top US colleges. Go to the athletic forum and make queries there
