Batches.

So the last batch (this weekend) will be all waitlist/rejections?

WELL, my life is over LOL.

I’m still waiting too. :frowning: I rather get a waitlist than a rejection though

Me too! UCI seems to accept people from its waitlist every year. Rejections too! It’s just the wait that I hate :’(

It does look like this batch was mainly waitlist (I got the waitlist notification this morning). Dunno what that means for everyone else; maybe there’s another batch of acceptances later? I don’t know…

Guys, I’ve said this before, but more acceptances ARE coming. They need time to process people who got the supplement just a few days ago, and they wouldn’t give people the supplement if they didn’t have space. Speculate all you want, make yourself feel awful all you want, but at the end of the day it’s just that: speculation, and something that makes you feel awful. If you’re really concerned, do something constructive and call the admissions office.

Since it’s past 9 am they won’t be posting anymore admission decisions right?

What if we didn’t get a supplement, but were accepted into UCSB?

So if there are still actually spots open, then is it possible that waitlisters will find out earlier than may if the waitlisters end up being more qualified than the supplementalls?

I thought they were only updating between 12-9am, but I got waitlisted last night at 10pm…so check tonight!

Last weekend they posted status updates after 9am as well~

It’s possible, but keep in mind people got the supplements back in January, too. Wait list people tend to be accepted.

Keep having hope. I know some people who have already been rejected, and we’re still being considered… I’ll take it as a good sign rather than a bad one. :)

i got rejected after 8pm today…way past 9
