We are fine with the wait… Fine as in checking the portal, twitter, email, facebook every 15 minutes, even though we know they say the decisions will be out by 12/20. We believe that by checking so often, we’re gonna magically move up that date.
You wouldn’t want to disabuse us of our beliefs now would you?

Bates seems to release ED1 decisions on the Saturday before they close for winter break – at least that’s how it looked the last two years and who knows if things will be different this year. Speculating it could mean Saturday 12/12 or Saturday 12/19 decision date. I heard admissions sends an email a few days just before their release date to tell applicants of the date/time. Hoping it’s this Saturday for all those anxiously waiting to hear. @profwilliams I hope all your checking magically moves up the date!
