Bates v. Hamilton

<p>I hope to study geoscience, environmental studies, and biology. Eventually I want to go into the marine sciences in grad school. Does anyone have thoughts on what might be a better fit academically between Hamilton and Bates? Also, are there any jan admits for Hamilton that can speak to that? I got regular admission for bates and January admission for Hamilton... thoughts? Lastly, is the social scene at Hamilton very greek oriented or drinking focussed? I'm thinking the Bates social scene might be something I'm more interested in...</p>
