It’s hard to pinpoint (for those outside the school…) exactly how Northeastern has risen so dramatically in the USNews rankings – but clearly they have aligned at least somewhat with the things USNews values, knowingly or not. Bates has long been considered a top LAC – one of the three great Maine LACs and a NESCAC member.
Yep - and the entire LAC to NEU experience is apples and oranges.
