there are brown stains in my bath tub. I dont know what happened but i didn't clean it for a while and now that i cleaned it, it looks messy. I've srubbed really hard with bleach but its still not getting white(or off white lol). I need to fix this so that i get my deposit back. Anyone know any spray i can use( not to clean it coz thats impossible...the stain is permanent) but to conceal it...something like white paint...whatever is used to spray bathtubs white in the first place...

I think the fact that you used bleach caused it to turn brown. I looked up your question and this is what I found:

"I have an old bathtub and if I use any cleaner with bleach in it it turns the tub an ugly reddish brown color. I called Clorax Clean Up since it was their product that caused it the first time. They said that since my tub was old the bleach was reacting to the cast iron on the underside of the porcelan. They said to use Clorax 2 liquid that you would use to wash clothing with, the bleach free one. They said that would counter act with the bleach and get the stains out, but to NEVER use a bleach cleaner on the tub again. It worked for me."

that's actually really interesting...

SOad- thanks a lot. Lol and all this time I thought it was the dirt off my body that caused the tub to get brown. I hope the non-bleach clorox will still be effective even though i have used bleach on the tub like three times.
