Bathroom Question

I'm a freshman and I haven't heard anything about toilet paper. I have a suite style bathroom and am nearing the end of the small package I brought along. Do I just buy my own? If not, how do I get some? No one has ever come by to offer any, so I'm assuming it's not provided.

Thanks

When my D lived in Gilchrist they were provided toilet paper. I do not know where they “got” it from, My guess is that you ask about it with your RA or the front desk. I know no one brings it, and the bathrooms are cleaned once only between fall and spring terms.

I live in a community style dorm, but my friend who lives in Broward buys her own toilet paper.

i live in cawthon and they leave a few rolls outside everyones door about once a week.

Real Seminoles use palm fronds or pinecones. If you really want toilet paper, go over to Cawthorn and grab some from the halls.

my son lives in Broward. He says they go to the desk and can get 2 rolls at a time

You go to the desk and ask.

I’m in Reynolds. Sometimes, the staff will knock on your door and bring toilet paper, sometimes it magically appears…either by the staff putting it in there, or your suite mates. I typically just go to the front desk :)

just buy your own, they provide you with 1 ply sandpaper basically

In my opinion, the toilet paper is fine…it’s just regular toilet paper. If you want to spend extra money, even though you’re already spending 600+ to share a room with another person (or two, in my case), just to have a bit of “cushioning” then go for it…waste of money in my opinion though.

I thought it was quite nice, actually. It’s definitely not super thin or anything.

(just realized how weird talking about toilet paper comfort is)

FSU’s tushion expenses would double if 2 ply toilet paper was used instead of 1 ply.

It all depends on what dorm your specifically in. I know my friend lives in one of the degraff ones and they have to buy their own
