<p>So I was wondering what to expect for the bathroom situation. My room hall preferences are Jennings, Broward and Rawlings because I do want to experience the "college life," however being an only child, the main thing I am worried about it sharing the bathroom with 50 other guys. </p>
<p>Can someone let me know how exactly it is? Like does everyone really carry a bag with shampoo, etc to the shower? Do people change in showers? or in their dorms?</p>

<p>Most have a shower container that has shampoo, soap, rag/loofah, and what else you need. Then you either use a towel or robe, depends on what you feel more comfortable with. I changed in my room, but you can change in the bathroom if you want. How Murphree and Mallory area dorms are set up you have a private space right outside each shower stall which makes it easier to change in the bathroom. My dorm had around 48 or so with 4 shower stalls/ 6 toilets/3 urinals/ 6 sinks. Some people are less inhibited than others so on two occasions there was someone on the floor that walked naked around the bathroom and back to his room. The cleaning people clean the bathroom by spraying the entire bathroom with bleach or whatever cleaning solution they used and then brush it down the drains on the floor. The weekends got a dirty since they didn’t clean on the weekends.</p>
<p>it’ll be weird at first, but you wont think twice about anything after about 2 weeks.</p>
<p>i go to the shower with a shirt, boxers, and my shower stuff. come back wrapped in a towel with dirty clothes in hand. most of the time you wont run into anyone between room and bathroom, but you’ll stop being shy soon enough.</p>
<p>some people disrobe before they get in the stall and after they turn the water on, other people disrobe in the shower before turning the water on. everyone sort of has their own routine.</p>
<p>My sister currently lives in jennings. I’ve been in the bathroom and its not bad. However idk about guys. And just so you know, there aren’t that many guys who live in jennings. I think its only one or two floors. But, hey that might be a good way to meet girls. If i go to UF i definitely want jennings. Broward is gross (sis’s bf lived there) but it does have the best location. however, jennings isn’t too far from the broward area at all.</p>
