Bay Area Transfers

BEST PLACE EVER!!!
of course i was born here and lived here my entire life so i have no idea what any other place is like :p

I know what you mean lomkh. I’ve lived in Burlingame my entire life. I love the Bay Area. Nowhere on Earth like it, man. Where ya from?

San Jose, walking distance from the border of Campbell, Saratoga, Cupertino, and Santa Clara and i have cousins spread around the bay whom i visit A LOT!! :]

Lived in the 510 all my life, its good to see so many ppl reppin the bay!!

Born in Fairfield, raised in San Pablo, and now live in Oakland.

@Emilsinclair9: Ewww Calculus, I hate mathematics, it’s my worse subject. I can’t imagine having such a miserable class first thing in the morning.
And just to keep the trend BAY AREA!!! I would never want to leave! (But if housing prices keep rising I don’t know how I would afford to stay =[

Math is my worst subject too…which was evident in my first week of calculus…esp because it was so early in the morning, and consequently I had to drop that asap lol. How are your classes going so far?

Born and raised in SF. I need a change of scenery.

I wasn’t born in the bay area. I haven’t even stayed here for a year.

Housing is soooo expensive, but I love the weather here in San Jose.

I like Saratoga and Los Gatos. Rich people = smooth pavement and nice cars.

thizz or die you BZ haahah.

i hadda throw that out there =]

^LOLLL

I have calc hecka early in the morning too, i hate the timing, but I dont mind that class at all

I’m no math fanboy, but I’d rather be in my calculus class than my art history class any day.

^ I agree with that. Although I’m dying in Calc2.

def agree with whoever said calc>art history. I took art history over the summer and so far it has been the worst class i’ve ever taken at a CC.

@emilsinclair9
what calc were you at 9 in the morning? I have calc as well lol…

Calc 2 is kickin my butt too.

i thot calc 2 would kick my butt, but all u have to do is set aside a certain time during the week in which u do nothing but study for it and ull be good.

multivariable calc destroyed me :\ mostly as a result of not taking the prereq before it…>_> but oh well, it’s not a req and i’m dropping it, no harm done :]

I agree with calbearguy

Calc just takes some time…if I turned getting a 57% on the first test into a 95% on the final, then you can def do better. But I don’t really like calc 3 right now…lol

On another note, anybody here apply to privates? Out of state?

Calc 2 is whoopin’ mah butt right now. And I still have 3-4 chapters of hw to do.

ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
