Has anyone gotten an admission decision yet or heard back from Baylor??
I am a transfer student and I sent admissions an email asking for an estimated response time. Email:
We hope to have your decision reflected in your goBaylor account by the end of this week. The new system we are using is taking a little bit longer than we initially expected. Please continue to be patient with us at this time. I apologize for the inconvenience. Have a wonderful day!
I am applying as a transfer as well, are you applying for spring?
I did, my application was submitted on 9/7…everything has been received and last checklist item was accepted 10/13.
Did you submit letter of Rec. and a resume?
I submitted a couple Recs and didn’t send a resume…I did add a 750-word essay to my application explaining my background and some other extras. I have my associates in science with a 3.72 and 3.88 science GPA, I’ll post my results when I get them.
I wonder how they decide how many transfers they accept? Is there a number limit or?
These are the number of students who applied, were admitted, and enrolled as degree-seeking transfer students in fall of 2015.
Men 565 497 191
Women 735 657 242
Total 1,300 1,154 433
I’m sure the numbers haven’t deviated much, that’s speculation of course.

Here’s the doc I pulled the info from
Where are you transferring from?
My goBaylor updated showing I was accepted and I enrolled as a transfer. Maybe you should call and talk to the transfer admission counselor. I found out from Rachel before goBaylor updated to show acceptance. Best of luck to you all.
San Jacinto College, I got accepted this morning.
Did you email Rachel?
I found out from my GoBaylor
I applied Single Choice Early action as a freshman applicant and I just got my acceptance today through the portal.
I did not hear back yet
so, housing wise, can anyone give me advice on the Business LLC vs. The Honors Residential College? I’m not sure if I would fit in at the Honors Residential College, and am not too fond of the two year commitment. However, I also want to make connections with the honors professors since some live right in the dorms.
Thanks!
Any new acceptances? Will it show up on the portal either way?
