Well now i've met you...unless you were the one who got sick. Which person were you? (I'm sure you figured out who I am).

anyone going to/gotten an interview with the committee yet? my interview is on jan.25

We just came back from the winter Premiere event and my daughter attended the premed session. The stats necessary to even get an invite are pretty high-usually a 35ACT and over 2300 on SAT. You also have to document some kind of experience with either research, shadowing physicians in some kind of school sponsored mini internships, etc. Having tons of great EC will NOT get you an invitation according to the professor presenting the information.

Did any one got an acceptance phone call or letter from Baylor College of Medicine? I was at the interview on March 20th at BCM.

does anyone have more info on this?

Sorry to revive such an old post, but I got an invite to interview. I only have 2100 on my SAT. Is just anyone given the opportunity to interview? Does anyone have some solid stats (with reference) on those accepted?

Oh God this got me scared… until you mentioned that it’s an old post.

It’s exactly the same as the Rice/Baylor program… Uber-hard to get into (plus only 4 Baylor Bears instead of 14 are admitted), but might as well give it a shot.

I only got a 32 on my ACT, which qualifies me, but I know it’s too low compared to the other people invited to interview. The four that they pick have probably been admitted to an ivy but are passing it up just for this, you know? Here’s some free info: [Baylor University || Baylor Prehealth Professions || Guaranteed Medical Admissions](http://www.baylor.edu/Prehealth/index.php?id=36430)

Ahh thanks Odd Monkey. So they invite based on SAT, and not rank or gpa. Do you know anything else about the people that have gotten in?

um i also got an invite for the interview, but im confused about the application process. Are you supposed to receive a PIN number for this https://www1.baylor.edu/prehealth/log_in_menu.asp ? or are you supposed to just write an essay for the link on your goBaylor account?

Actually you only need at least a 32 ACT (i forgot for SAT) to get an invite to apply for the program.
Yikes, I still have yet to write my essay.
The application is really easy. All you have to do is type in basic info and a 750-word ish essay about what influenced your interest in medicine and whatnot.

Can we apply to Baylor squared Medical track and Rice/Baylor?
