Looking at colleges for S who is a junior. He should end up as a National Merit Finalist based on past years’ history (not counting on it though). Any thoughts on these schools? Baylor is just full tuition and the others are almost full ride but Baylor is ranked higher.
Anyone look at or even visit all 3 of these schools and pick one over the others?

I’ve been to Baylor and I believe it’s one of those up and coming schools. The campus is large and beautiful and I like the football program and strong school spirit. I have friends who graduated from Bama and they loved the school. But I’m partial to private colleges so if I were you, with full tuition, I’d attend Baylor. Baylor also has a top medical school.
What is your S planning to major in?
Probably either political science or history. He was originally looking at music but decided against it.

that’s college marketing but they did a great job of it.
Btw, I’m a fan of the cable show, “Fixer Upper,” filmed in Waco, and Chip Gaines, a proud Baylor alumnus.
@SeattleTW The last time Baylor medical school was affiliated with Baylor University was in the 1960s. It’s also in a completely different part of Texas.
