<p>Caution: We just went through move-in @USC and we were very disappointed at how Bed, Bath, & Beyond botched our order. Our first "surprise" was the day before move-in. We weren't the only ones with the idea of loading up the van with our order. Two others were ahead of us and overwhelmed the lone staffer!</p>
<p>When we came back a half hour later, we were horrified to find out that our purchases that we paid for at that store two months earlier (during orientation) were incomplete (despite their confirmation phone calls). </p>
<p>During our third and final visit that afternoon (our ordeal started ~10:30 AM), we were able to back fill the missing items.</p>
<p>The store personnel were very apologetic and accommodating. Regardless, they were shorthanded. Items that we first bought on sale no longer were on sale. The selection was far more sparse the second time around. A few things ended up being redundantly purchased because the store had to first have the item shipped from a diffferent store. For certain things which we thought we already took care of (e.g. sheets), we just couldn't plan on going a day without them</p>
<p>Again, the store personnel were easily overwhelmed. The answer? I don't knowutconsider yourself warned of the possibility!</p>
