So I'm a current sophomore at Ross but in my third year at the University. My previous intentions were to double major in business and economics (as I love econ) but after separate advising appointments I'm asking more questions now than ever.

The Ross dual degree advisor strongly supported my intentions, and even asked me to consider minoring in Political Science (I would need 4 more classes).

My advisor in the economics department was much less enthused, told me to just get a minor in economics and recommended I double major in math (ha..that's not gonna happen..)

So I guess I could double major in economics and business, or possibly pursue just the BBA with a dual minor in both economics and political science. I'm getting completely different feedback from different schools/departments so which would you recommend? Would a polisci minor add any value relative to an econ major?
