<p>I applied EA, and was wondering if you find out about being accepted into the honors program when you receive your acceptance? Also, what criteria do they use for choosing the candidates for the program?</p>

<p>Do you have to apply to the Honors program separately?? I don’t remember seeing anything about it on common app…</p>

<p>At BC I believe you do not apply for honors, they offer it.</p>

<p>Dear Galway5 : An applicant does not request admission to the Honors Program. The individual school (particularly, CSOM or CAS) chooses you. If you are accepted into the Honors Program, you will be notified with your admissions packet or shortly thereafter. If you are accepted and do not received notification of the Honors Program within 72 hours, it is likely that you were not accepted.</p>

<p>The CAS Honors Program in total enrolls approximately 150 students per year from the 2,250 accepted and enrolled members of the freshman class. Over the four year process, approximately 120 students complete the entire program and receive designation as an Honors Program graduate.</p>
