Just wondering if there were better weeks than others to do orientation. I would assume the earliest ones are the best, for signing up for courses.

thanks

Hope that’s not the case, can’t make it til mid July.

There is no particular advantage in attending an early session rather than a later one, so pick the one that fits your summer schedule best. For all freshman/intro classes, the school sets aside a specific number of slots in proportion to the number of students attending that orientation session. That way everyone gets the same chance at signing up for classes.

it doesn’t matter at all, I was in the last orientation and got everything I wanted!

The only thing I would add is that if you live far from Boston, do orientation seven. You can move in before orientation starts.

What trizz75 and worried_mom say.

Orientation 7 will also let you meet friends while being at BC… what I mean by that is, by the time you’re done with orientation, it’ll be welcome week, so you still get to see your friends from orientation 7 and everything
