I'm a freshman at BC thinking about transferring to Villanova for the upcoming fall semester. Can anyone provide any insight about what kind of stats I'd need in order to transfer? The website says students are either housed on the Rosemont campus or must live off campus. Has anyone lived on the Rosemont campus?

If anyone could provide any insight into the transfer process at Villanova, it'd be really helpful.

Thanks a lot.

i'm not sure exactly, but i would say a 3.2/3.3 at BC would guarantee you a spot at villanova. but, i would say 2.9 or so could still have a chance since you are at BC.

obviously, your high school grades must be good if you got into BC, and those are looked at as well. It's usually not too diffcult to transfer to a lower rank school. If you're good enough for BC, you're definitely good enough for nova.

The only problem is, living off campus will pose a major problem with making friends. Most kids live on campus until their junior year. If you don't know anyone here, I would definitely recommend doing a sorority/frat, because that is where the majority of people make friends and hang out with. the Greek life isnt thaat big at Villanova, but its definitely bigger than they make it out to be. Most kids only hang out with people in their sorority/frat. Good luck!
