Which has a better program for pre-med? I was admitted EA into BC, and haven't applied to NYU yet. I don't know if I even should bother.

Neither is particularly better when it comes to pre-med. If you visited both, you should go with the school that you fit in better at. You are going to be there for four years and thus the better fit will inevitably lead to better grades and better pre-medical opportunities.

red sox 7327 hit the nail on the head. I'm an NYU grad, and I made it into medical school, so it's pretty good for pre-med, I think. :) I do have to say that NYU is not for everyone - definitely visit and talk to currently accepted students before you commit to attending.

Thanks red sox and shades, and congrats. shades. I like NYU but I may even want to do undergraduate at BC and medical school at NYU. If I wanted to have the best oppurtunity if I decide later that this may be an option do you think I'd have a better chance if I got accepted into NYU for undergraduate education and turned it down to go to BC, or didn't apply at all? I'm thinking since it's the Medical school it wouldn't really matter but better to find out now while I can still apply to NYU.

Honestly, I don't think it matters. When I interviewed at NYU Med, I looked at the interview roster for the week and there were more interviewees from Cornell than from NYU and Columbia combined. Maybe you should go to Cornell ;)

BTW: NYU Med is pretty amazing. I liked it.

Thank you for your insight; and no I don't really like Cornell..BC is the school for me I think. We'll actually see come fall.
