Bearfacts problems

<p>I just tried to log onto Bearfacts and I got the following message:</p>

<p>"You are not eligible to use this system. If you think this is an error and you are a student, please call (510) 642-5990."</p>

<p>I've used Bearfacts numerous times before and last time I checked, it said I paid all my fees. Anyone else have this problem?</p>

<p>Okay, I just logged on to Bearfacts and didn't have a problem. Wait a few hours and try again.</p>
