<p>My Daughter learned today that her application for in state residency was granted. Her package was turned in 10 days ago. Her status was changed today.</p>

<p>In addition to the questionairre, she supplied documentation for her name on title of real estate, her income tax return with her new texas address, pay stubs from her job last summer in Texas, bank statements with her texas address, a copy of her Texas license issued last summer, copy of utilities in her name,.</p>

<p>They asked no additional questions. While I am sure that we were anal about our documentation, it worked. We will now save 60k over the next three years.</p>

<p>For those wondering, it can be done. </p>

<p>My advice, be thorough, read between the lines when reading the rules, keep documentation, present a thorough case. </p>
