becomin a junior this year..can i clear sat???

Ok guys I'm currently giving my 10th grade exams...do you think I am not too late for starting SAT preparations....
how should i go about preparing SAT reasoning and subject tests...
and when should i take these tests (in which class)(please enter the month and class please)
I m totally confused..
i think I m quite late...Am I??
plz let me know...

Ummm…you are not late. You could have taken the PSAT (practice) but it’s not necessary. You have to take the SAT(real) next year (junior/11th). Check collegeboard.org for dates. You don’t take the test in a class, just sign up using the website. You go to a test center on a Saturday.
As for prep, just buy this book: [The Official SAT Study Guide: Second Edition™](<a href=“Error page”>The Official SAT Study Guide: Second Edition(TM))

(By the way, this book is much cheaper on Ebay.com)
and do ALL the practice problems and understand the ones you got wrong. Also memorize these vocab words: [5000 FREE SAT Test Prep Words - 5000 Vocabulary Words FREE](<a href=“SAT Vocabulary: SAT words with Definitions, Parts of Speech, Sentences, Meaning. Also Math Practices”>http://www.freevocabulary.com/)

Good luck! :)

Start reading a LOT. Focus on classic novels. Read a lot this summer, you will definitely be prepared for the PSAT. I would advise signing up for the March SAT and possibly the January SAT, depending on how well you think you did on the PSAT.

I am a international applicant …i dont think i can give PSAT…can I?
and by the way are you talking about january and march of 2013?

i started preparing summer before junior year.
my advice is to go through the whole blue book before you decide whether or not you need any more practice. then go on to different books.
use DH for vocab, highly recommended!
