Becoming American citizen to apply to US Med schools

I am curious, if I was a canadian student, that ended up going to a US university for undergraduate and then decided to apply to a US Med school am I considered Intl? Would I still be considered Intl if i had become a American citizen and resided in the US for the past 4 years?

If you are an American citizen, you are not international, no matter where you live (legally and constitutionally). If you are not an American citizen, and don’t have a green card, you are international, no matter how long you’ve lived here (generally; individual schools can have their own definitions).
