Are there any other places to find bedding in twin xl besides bed, bath, and beyond or target?

WalMart, Ross, Marshall’s, TJ Maxx, Anna’s Linens, Overstock.com… -lots of places sell them in July and August. You’ll probably get a mail order offer soon too. The only item different is the fitted sheet. The comforters and flat sheets are usually the same size as regular twin.

tj maxx … WaLMART , you probably can find something you like on AMAZON

you can get your bedding after you see your dorm. it’s not that hard to find.

The Target on I-35 and 51st is geared to UT students. During July and August they have tons of dorm stuff that you won’t find at other Targets. The $29.99 Memory foam topper they sell is great!

O okay thats awesome thanks!

jcpenney.com has a lot of choices in xl twin

I had trouble finding an XL twin set that I liked. While looking around, some random lady told me that the regular twin fitted sheets would work with the XL twin bed. She was right! Although it’ll be a tight fit.

I found mine at Bed Bath and Beyond.

Well, I just received a huge envelope from UT with linens catalog and a letter telling me that UT dorms have specially sized beds and I need to buy sheets and other “special sized” items from the University Residence Hall Association. And they say it will be the most affordable option.

Here is the link [College Dorm Room Bedding and Twin XL Sheets by RHL](http://www.rhl.org/atx)

Do I really need to buy from them or I can buy XL twin size everywhere and it will fit? What about comforter? Is it any special size?

YaYa, you can purchase XL bedding/comforter etc. from anywhere. UT is just trying to make it “easier” for you by sending a catalog, and make a buck in the process.

Thank you.

I checked several websites and it looks like URHA has the best deal. Everything else is more expensive and it’s really difficult to match colors of different items.
I am going to buy from them.

I even did not know that there were twin XL comforters and sheets, have never seen them or never paid attention. :)

I was surprised about all the places that had the linens for the long twin beds as well. If you are going to buy everything new it can get really expensive. Especially when you have so many other things to buy. I liked the prices at rhl. They seemed cheaper to me than other places with the same types of stuff. I liked that it was all together also. You can get some nice rich colors and then add some pretty pillows to add a little more style and comfort. It is hard to match colors from different companies online, that is one good reason to buy everything at once from one company.
