<p>I know this is going to sound pretty stupid, but how do I adjust the height of my bed? (I live in Jennings.) I'm to the point where I've hurt myself trying. The two outside parts (not facing the wall) adjust, but the inside ones literally don't move. My bed is actually uneven. The inside latches are higher than the outside ones. I know how to get them out because two of them come out, but as hard as I push, the two sides that are on the wall just don't come out. Any suggestions?</p>
