I just recently got into college and let me just say - life is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO much better. There's less stress, the fun of meeting all of your future classmates in great facebook groups, and just an amazing sense of accomplishment that comes with it.

This is the thread to congratulate all members of '09 who have worked hard for four years! It's about time it all paid off!

I didn’t apply early anywhere, so nope. Haffta wait for a while now, but whatever. Not stressed in the least, though, as I’ve accepted that I’m completely screwed for the top-notch schools and definitely in for my mega-public unis, so it’s not like I’ll have any surprises waiting for me around the bend.

I’ve gotten into two of mine. Most of my friends seem to know where they’re going already, but they’re applying to much lower-ranked colleges. I guess some of the stress is gone, but that’s partly because I just had an absolutely crazy December. Now everything is winding down, and I have a whole two weeks now to catch up with my life.

LOLOLOLO. Hey well I am screwed too, we are like… anti-leaders.

Oh, and I was accepted to the three that I applied to early action, but I don’t want to go to them [they were totally free to apply to, I mean I didn’t even send SAT scores or transcripts I think and was still accepted… go figure.] soooo doesn’t really count.

I’m 3/3 so far, and I’m waiting to hear back from three more. While I would be ok going to two of those three schools, I’m anything but stress free. It’s nice to get into college, but it’s a whole other battle trying to figure out where to go and how to pay for it.
