<p>Yes, although colleges are sometimes lenient with things that may be out of your control; this is not a guarantee, if it were me, I’d have everything submitted by the deadline.</p>

<p>The exception is the midterm report. Your transcript which is due by the deadline will have your fall sem grades, so the midterm is only useful if your teachers have enough to give you a grade for in spring sem. You can call the school and ask the latest date they want the midterm.</p>

<p>The dates are usually postmarked dates so as long as it’s in the mail on March 1 or before, it should be fine.</p>
