I am an International student who has a full scholarship. I want to study undergrad economics/math. I am looking for a private college. I got 82 on TOEFL test and 20 on ACT ( which is good for an international student). My high school GPA was 99.53% (which is almost perfect). In addition, I have both a good "non-class activities" and strong writing skills. This is my universities' list:

JMU

I can't apply to all of those universities. Therefore, I want your advice regarding the ones tyat are best for me.

This is my first year here in the US, so I cant really judge by my own. However, I feel it is wise to be realistic and should apply to: JMU,GW,Tufts,AU

I would be very concerned about getting into any of the schools you listed with a 20 ACT. There is extremely strong competition among international students for spots and many international students have excellent standardized tests. I’d consider some test-optional schools (although you need to confirm with each school that they it is be test optional for international students).
With a 20 ACT you will be lucky to get into your safety schools. Retake it! Your GPA should reflect that you are a good test taker as well. You could have a perfect GPA but that low score will get you nowhere at the top public schools.
