I was just wondering how much colleges look into school behavior. I’m not talking about getting arrested and stuff, but more like detentions.

Suspensions and Expulsions are the only things that will show up on your academic record. Detentions and even referrals will probably never be seen by the college, as they are given by individual teachers and not the administration. I can't say I've ever heard of a case where a detention is actually reported by the teacher to the office

Do you know anything about in school suspensions (place where p***ed off teachers send you for a period)?

You mean effects, not "Affects" :) detentions don't matter, as at my school, being one second late to class can cause it. In college it's unlikely that they care if you're late.

Alright.. sorry about that mistype.. I had to be at a tennis tournament at 5:30 this morning, and I didn't fall asleep until past 1. So the sleep deprivation mixed with the mental and physical exhaustion is to blame.

At my school, they give Saturday schools for a second tardy. The nazis.

Our district doesnt have Detentions..
And its hard to get suspended or expelled here since they want high attendance..

To get suspended, you need to beat someone up pretty badly..
To get expelled, you need to commit a very serious crime..

Most small incidents are simply punished by conference..

OK.. this is all a huge relief.
