Being Jewish At Penn State

Hi,
I am an incoming freshman at Penn State. I am not very religious but am Jewish culturally. I am wondering if anyone can tell me how the experience of being Jewish at Penn State is. Any advice would be much appreciated.
Thank You!

I don’t know a lot but I can tell you that one of Penn State’s most successful student groups is Hillel. https://pennstatehillel.org/

It is a favorite club among many PSU parents because they run a chicken soup hotline. When freshmen are sick, parents can contact this student-led volunteer group and have matzah ball soup delivered to their kids in the dorms who are too sick to leave…at no charge and typically same day. And then the student even sends the sweetest follow up email to the parent to let them know how the student is doing. It is by far my favorite organization. I donate $25 every time I’ve had soup sent to a sick kid there.

They have several fraternities and sororities that are heavily jewish weighted
