<p>So I'm a newly admitted freshman looking for housing and came along the theme programs. I am interest in WiSE since I will have a biology major. Are there any benefits of joining a theme program? Are there any drawbacks? Since WiSE is at Foothill dorms are those good dorms? I was also looking at Clark Kerr dorms. Which are better?</p>
