I also work, on average, 20 hours a week.
Recently at a Vocational Education center (working with disabled kids)

I applied early decision, had an interview, which lasted over two hours (at one point my counselor told me, "well, its getting late..." and we ended up talking for another hour).

Only 15 seniors in my school take AP English Lit., because the teacher is HARDCORE, but she helped me edit my essays and seemed enthusiastic about them! I got a great rec from my AP Lang teacher, which spoke alot about my essays exceeding her expectations and how apt i was to speak up in class and defend my own opinions (Bennington is ranked very high in Colleges that encourage class discussion), and others, not AS great. I've been in pretty constant contact with my counselor since the interview, emailing her a paper I wrote that was in the process during our interveiw. She's given me feed back, which me thinks is a good sign, but who really knows? Im planning on designing my course of study around english, and the MBA in teaching program (of course taking courses in ceramics and humanities classes along the way)

Whats really bugging me is that i dont know my competition. Anyone well versed in the ways of Bennington? Chance me! Ill chance back.

PS: Im following the "engineering pathways" program with our local community college, I'll graduate with 13 credits in architectural design, mechanical drafting, public speaking, and physics. My current AP Lit. class also counts for 3 freshman english credits from the University of Connecticut.
