<p>Can this be satisfied by a course at a CC or does it have to be taken at Berkeley? I know I have completed an American Cultures course at my CC, but I'm afraid Berkeley will not give me credit for it.</p>
<p>Yes you can complete it at a CC. Just make sure you talk to a Berkeley rep to make sure that course will satisfy it, don’t trust your counselor. I completed this requirement at my school.</p>

<p>I took American Ethnic Studies which I would think would fulfill the requirement. But my CC isn’t even listed. Do you think the class will still satisfy the AC requirement?</p>
<p>fashion: I read somewhere that says that if you think it covers the AC req, you’ll have to turn in a class’ syllabus for them to determine it.</p>
<p>If you go to a CA Community College you can also use the assist website to see what course satisfy the American Cultures requirement.</p>
