Berkeley decisions and E-mail # relationship

[ size=+1][ color=Blue][ b]Decision: _______
[ b]E-mail #____

To check e-mail #, just look at the bottom of your Berkeley e-mail and the last # should be it.

Make sure to remove the spaces! :)
Hopefully by making it on a separate thread, it'll be easier to read!

could someone post which email number goes with which email? thanks

yeah, do that please :frowning: I don’t want to look through a 40+ pg thread

Changed to your satisfaction?

Email #2 does not have the phrase “We’re worth the wait” while #3 does.

Just copy and paste this. Some people forget to delete the spaces.

**Decision: _______ **
**E-mail #____**

Yep, I have #3 – is that the most common?

I didn’t get a single email, and I’ve checked thru spam.

Not sure I see what good this information is… It could make some sense if Cal released decisions by mail, so people on the East Coast could possibly draw some conclusion about what their decision may be while they are waiting. The way things are now everyone will know their decision as soon as they log in.

@GroovyGeek, lol, some of us (me included) spent a lot of time on the mysterious code so we would really like to know if our theories were correct. :)

i had # 3 bt i also has alongside it this code/phrase APPSFRWAIT.. does this mean “application-foriegn- waitlisted” or is it juz supposed to be referin to their email which has the phrase “wait for us we are worth it” does anyone have the same this as well?

I also have APPSFRWAIT, and i’m not a foreign applicant, so that can’t be right.

Plus UC Berkeley doesn’t waitlist people. It’s either accepted, denied, or admitted in spring.

oh okay.. thx for clarifying

This has been discussed and analysed to the point of exhaustion. Seriously, that damn things are released in 12 hours or so. Geez.

Well, the closer an event gets, the more you fret about it.

this is the line. do not any reply other than results and email#

hahahahahahahahahahaha…

sorry couldn’t help it. :D:o

Listen, do we have to check our email. Or directly the My Berkeley account? As in do they notify us once the decisions are out, or do we just keep refreshing till the results are out?

Does the email # actually have a correlation to acceptance/rejection???

We had issues sending out 48,000 emails. The server rebooted. Everyone was supposed to get the email.
