Berkeley, Duke, USC.... chances

I'm filling out my applications and was wondering what you guys think my chances are for the following schools:

Penn State Honors (Schreyers)
USC
Berkeley
Duke

Weighted gpa: 4.8
SAT math: 700 (took it again, waiting to see score, hoping for higher)
SAT cr: 590 (again, hoping its a little higher)
SAT w: 680

EC's include courses at Goethe Institute in Vienna, Austria

Thanks

bump…

What other EC’s do you have…
because if thats all you have…

EC’s: Principals advisory council, basketball, intramural sports, engineering design

do you live in pennsylvania or california or some other state?

With those SAT’s, and lackluster EC’s, I really don’t see it happening. You have a superb GPA but you must raise your SAT score to 2100+ to have any shot, you are currently sitting in the low er/est SAT percentile for most of those schools so unless you are carrying a major hook, perhaps a list with more matches is needed

not much ECs i have to admit…any safeties?

Are you in California? You might want to consider some of the UCs then. I noticed you put down Berkeley, what about UCLA? Or maybe UC Davis.
