<p>I was wondering if 3.73 is a competitive transfer GPA for Econ at Berkeley. I am a CA resident, IGETC certified, 68 units by spring (2 prereqs in progress though). </p>

<p>Losing hope since I just got rejected by UCLA :(</p>
