Hi,

Now I have been admitted to these 3 programs (and UCLA...). I like economics at this point and intend to do an MBA in the future. I know they are all great programs and great schools and:

Berkeley (OOS):
- $22K scholarship cutting total expense down to ~$33K
- campus and weather are good (I used to live in the bay area)
- has the reputation of 'cutthroat' competition. Students from my school who went to Cal last year said no dorm of their entire floor had lights off before 3am (was she exagerating?).
- will have to work hard to get into Haas

NYU Stern business
- Great location for interns/jobs (for finance?)
- metro lifestyle
- no aid (total cost $67K)

CMU
- Pitt is not very inviting to me.
- Smaller class sizes
- and??

I am leaning towards berkeley but would really appreciate any other information or opinions to help me make the choice.

Thanks
