Looks really good, I think you’re good to go. I do t see any nits to pick.
Do note that by going the EECS route, you’ll have to take both Reading and Comprehension classes even if you get a 5 in your Eng Lit class. Not a big deal but just pointing it out.

For UCB CoE, a score of 4 or 5 on either AP English satisfies the R&C A requirement, so a student would only have to take an R&C B course to complete that requirement.

Hah ok that makes more sense. Some of my kid’s EECS friends are taking A and I assumed that CoE folks got nothing for English, unlike L&S where a 5 in Lit gets you a Get out of Jail card for both classes.

I think you have good chances. Only issue I see is you don’t have much of CS/EE related extracurriculars. I assume this is offset by Math, Phy extracurriculars. Demonstrate your EE/CS fit in essays.
